His expertise spans environmental, process, and mechanical engineering, supported by experience leading engineering design departments and managing projects. Victor emphasizes solutions that are technically sound and economically justified, considering capital investment, operating costs, and expected returns alongside plant performance. He has also presented and published technical papers for the cement industry.

Director Of Projects
Luciano Bodero brings cement industry experience spanning plant operations, process engineering, and capital project execution. His background includes direct responsibility for manufacturing operations as a Process Engineer and Production Superintendent, with hands-on expertise in kiln systems, automation and PLC programming, energy management, and process optimization. He later managed OEM after-sales projects and supported customers across North, Central, and South America.
As Director of Projects at Turnell Corp, Luciano leads project managers and design personnel, coordinating resources, setting priorities, and guiding project execution. He translates operating challenges into practical engineering and capital investment solutions, with a focus on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects—from concept development and budgeting through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
Luciano remains directly involved in the field during construction, installation, startup, and commissioning, helping ensure that designs are implemented correctly and operating objectives are achieved. By combining firsthand plant experience with engineering and project leadership, he helps clients improve reliability, capacity, efficiency, and long-term plant performance.
